​1. InquirY
We recommend reaching out 6–9 months before your wedding day to ensure availability and allow time for thoughtful design.
2. Inspiration
You’ll share inspiration images (Pinterest boards or curated photos) along with any details that reflect your vision, venue, and overall aesthetic.
3. Initial Consultation Call
A personalized call to discuss your needs, priorities, guest count, venue logistics, and overall atmosphere.
4. Customized Proposal
You’ll receive a detailed, itemized proposal outlining florals, candles, installations, and rental selections tailored specifically to your celebration.
5. Booking
Once the contract is signed and a 50% retainer is received, your date is officially reserved.
6. Refinements
After booking, we continue fine-tuning the details together — adjusting quantities, selections, and design elements as your plans evolve.
7. Final Details
Final adjustments are confirmed and the remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to your wedding day.

Wedding Day Execution
Our team provides full white-glove service from start to finish.
We handle complete setup of all floral and design elements, thoughtfully repurpose ceremony florals for the reception when applicable, and remain onsite for transitions as needed. At the end of the evening, our team returns for full breakdown and removal.
